Talking A problem..

I can't seem to find books for my young children (Son 8, Girl 5) that explain evolution in a positive light. Anybody know of some good Childrens books on the subject??? Both children read at well above grade level and have an interest in science.

Any help would be appreciated

Often books about dinosaurs aimed at that age group have sections on evolution.

If it's still in print,The Evolution Book, by Sara Stein (Workman Publishing, New York, 1986) is pretty good, and within the 8-year-old's ability. It does the necessary geology and biology to build a logical foundation, and has lots of activities to do.

Amazon has "The Evolution Book". I bought it as an Xmas gift for my daughter. It's pretty thick, but it should be considering how complicated the subject is. I just flipped through it, so I really can't tell you much about it.
