Ice,
It's the position we all default ourselves into. Fall and Redemption is a better plan than perfection from the get go. I don't understand all the reasons why. Respectfully, Christian |

And if Fall and Redemption is a better plan than perfection from the get go, why doesn't God tell us the reason so we know? Instead of us having to trust him that the reasons are good? |

That doesn't really answer my question though. Nowhere does the Bible say that "faith in Christ" for my salvation includes living for him, and that's not what faith and trust mean anyway.
So again I ask, what are the requirements of my going to heaven after I die? Do I simply have to "accept Christ as my saviour" or do I have to love God with all my heart, soul and mind as well? Also is there anything else I have to do/can't do? |
