Oh, I dunno. I'm struggling to think of anything more evil than babies holding hands. It's quite revolting, really.

Sure, I'll tell her for you. Not likely to get a result, but I'll pass on your message.

What's wrong with the BBC America site? Can't they help you?

IMHO, the BBC makes the best docos in the world, bar none.

For some strange reason they don't tell the Human Body video nor do they sell many of the ones that interested me, on the BBC American site or the BBC canadian site, only through Europe are they sold
I agree they make the best documentaries...

Have you seen walking with cavemen? It sounds like something I would like, but I have not seen it yet...

How odd that they don't sell it - I'd have thought they'd get huge volume through. Was the series on telly in the US?

No, but I am eagerly awaiting it. The previous two in the "Walking With" series were stellar efforts. It will air here in the next few months, I suspect, and then I'll track it down on DVD. I already possess "Dinosaurs" and "Beasts". (I'm very materialistic when it comes to good docos on DVD. I've started collecting the "Civil War" by Ken Burns).

I just purchased walking with dinosaurs, beasts and cavement. Right now. I am really bummed they dont sell more. If you compare the two sites there are soooo many more at BBC Europe which is ok I guess but man this sucks!!!!!

I think that Blue Planet one looks interesting too...

The BBC America site has all sorts of Doctor Who videos. none that interest me though...

I use to like a series called Quantum Leap and a series about Lizard people called "V". I was never into Doctor who though...

Blue Planet is another Sir Dave Attenborough effort - that man is one of my heroes. He got me interested in nature when I was a kid with his Life on Earth series.

His latest series on mammals is currently screening. He's in his 70's, and he still keeps firing these things out.

Doctor Who used to scare the pants off me when I was a small kid. When I later watched some episodes, with their cheap special effects, I had to laugh.

Ah, V. V was fantastic, in a twee sort of way. I remember it fondly.
