Talking Great flood on Mars!

<a href="http://www.cnn.com/2002/TECH/space/06/21/mars.floods.ap/index.html" target="_blank">http://www.cnn.com/2002/TECH/space/06/21/mars.floods.ap/index.html</a>

I wonder if the creationists will make anything of this...

As far as AiG and company go, CNN's headline is rather unfortunate (for our side): "instant Grand Canyon on Mars". We'll hear about this as "proof" that Arizona's canyon was formed the same way, regardless of the statements:
Quote:
The Martian valley has a broad riverbed on its floor, miles in width, in contrast to the relatively narrow riverbed on the floor of the Grand Canyon.
and
on the surface of Mars some 3.5 billion years ago
Oh well. Remember, kids, you can read the original article <a href="http://www.sciencemag.org/" target="_blank">here</a> for free, while Science is still running their promo.
