Sin in Islam
If I'm not mistaken, Islam has not concept of orinal sin like Christianity does. So, why is there evil in the world according to Islam?

This site is mainstream Sunna as far as I know. As it indicates there seems to be some diversity on the subject. Sin in Islam From these and similar aayahs in the Qur’aan it may be understood that the view of the Qadariyyah, who say that man is independent in his actions, whether good or bad, and that does not happen by the will of Allaah but rather by the will of the person, is false.
