Post When the Pledge reaches the Supreme Court.

Non-believers from around the nation should be asked to be added to the suit, as long as they have standing, i.e. encounter government sponcership of the religous based pledge. Maybe we can convert it to a class action lawsuit.

Any lawyers out there want to say if this is possible?

I don't know, but it won't matter. Small victory, but we'll lose the larger battle. It won't survive in the SCOTUS, and if it does, it might just convert me cuz it'd be a miracle.
