On a store bought degree?...I hope the Public School system is not so hard up they no longer require teaching credentials

I doubt the legitimacy of that letter. Whether the source was Pro or Anti-Hovind, I doubt that letter was written by him.

Anyway the river is now tiny because it was dammed! (Would "damned" be more appropriate?)
