Certainly the residents of the cube don't seem to have much diversity, their dress code is astonishingly uniform and they follow the will of a single being who exists outside of three dimensions.

The fact that 75 percent of the American public actually believes in heaven reveals the sorry state of American mentality. Heaven degrades the moral sense of an average person into some selfish, exclusivistic "want of reward" which characterizes an average 5-year-old.

Actually, it's kind of encouraging.
If only 10% are non religious, that means that a good chunk of the religous ones don't believe in the heaven fairytale, and only 54% of the population believe that heaven is an actual place. 22% must believe it's a "state of mind" or some other non-physical existence, and a full 24% believe it's all bullshit. |

So heaven is like American suburbia? How convenient...
Actually, I'm annoyed that they hog the concept of what spirituality is. Quote:

Here are a couple of statistics that may annoy you all:
Only 5% of people in the world think that death is the end. 41% of all Americans believe that the world was created in 7 days. |

Regardless, it's not so much annoying as it is an embarrassment! |
