Unhappy Things are REALLY going down the drain

This is a comment log on Fark's website resulting from posting the story that a new Creationist Museum is opening in 2003. Yeah, yeah, we all know about it, but...

<a href="http://cgi.fark.com/cgi/fark/comments.pl?IDLink=102877" target="_blank">...read this and weep</a>

That Pericles is very much like a YEC I once had a 'discussion' with. Every post brimming with snide bitterness.

Nice to see YodaTuna as the voice of reason.

I know I've spent too much time here when I read through those posts and just say aloud "Ad hominem, Ozcam razor, straw man...."

Hey, looking at the Fark discussion and it gave the first creationist URL that I can support wholeheartedly:

<a href="http://www.icr.org/faqs/sgp16.html" target="_blank">http://www.icr.org/faqs/sgp16.html</a>

It really sums it up!

"Geology shows that fossils are of different ages. Paleontology shows a fossil sequence, the list of species represented changes through time. Taxonomy shows biological relationships among species. Evolution is the explanation that threads it all together. Creationism is the practice of squeezing one's eyes shut and wailing 'does not!'"
Loved this quote.
