The cemeteries with the big mausoleums(spell check please) are great but I think the ordinary grave stone ones are a bit of a waste of space.You could have high rise cemeteries. They could be means tested in terms of worthiness. Good people get to go at the top, less good at the bottom. If you built underground you could put the bad people down there. I wouldn't like to live in the surrounding streets if it collapsed though. Rubble and mouldy stiffs flying everywhere.
