I do believe God created the world, but not like the Genesis account. These people need lives. What a waste of money!

Carnivores exist because of Adam and Eve, that's rich!

Yes, death entered the world because of the Fall. Which means that Genesis is saying that plants aren't alive, since they were eaten before the Fall. And Genesis is inerrant, right? So plants aren't living entities now and never have been. Somebody had better break it to botanists before they carry on wasting money studying plant life.

A Santa Claus museum would be far more popular.

There's also more info about them <a href="http://www.answersingenesis.org/museum/default.asp" target="_blank">here</a> from their website.

What a tremendous waste of money for a monument to pseudoscience. I don't know if Ken Ham and his cohorts will actually create more atheists than convert them.

That would be nice. "Thanks so much Mr. Ham! You showed me that there is no god and Christianity is a load of BS"

When it opens, no doubt scientists will write letters and expose the misinformation. Maybe teachers will also be doing that.

Ya know this kind of shit wouldn't happen in Canada!

I predict it will never be completed due to lack of funds.

They really do want to make themselves feel legitimate, don't they? The thing is, building shit like this will only make them look sillier. It'll be no better than a Bigfoot museum or a UFO museum.

You may be trying to be sarcastic, but just this past week there was a creationist on talk.origins who was seriously trying to argue that plants are not living.
