A man is not a camel. Does that help?

Rae hasn't posted for a couple of days, so you might have to do a search for her in the Members section. That's what I did, instead of trawling through the older threads.

Kudos to Prax and David for derailing the Calvinist thread!

Are they the most arrogant bunch of people you have ever met?
I don't understand their perspective, at all.

Mr. Cordiality asked if I was really a Catholic or just playing one.

Thanks, but it's undeserved. LouisBooth (aka Outspoken) has re-enrailed it by countering my objections. Pah. I tried to get the footy thing up and running, but sometimes David's just too conchy.

Aside from Essendon supporters, yes. I am deeply suspicious of people that possess the "TROOF" since they invariably don't.

Total asshole.
Take pity on the boy. He has a tiny dick, and this is his way of coping.

Can you say where this is? I do not know much of Calvinism but I know it is a bizarre realm of True Believers. I believe Gabriel (the CF moderator and viceroy of sales) is one.

It's in General Apologetics (of all places), and the thread title is Rockin' Doctrine, or some such.

Yes, he certainly has been dead that long. Yes, you are getting old. So am I. Depressin', ain't it?

Speaking of covers of Queen songs, I bought an album some time ago of the London Philharmonia covering Queen. Most amusing.

Did you read the links? They would have us believe that God picked and chose who he would have eternal life and who wouldn't before creation based on his "Good Pleasure". Remember I told you about that along time ago? Also remember the Preterists?

I have been beating a dead horse with the Calvinists, they don't seem to see the fact that that would make God a sadistic immoral and unjust God. And Idzerd is absolutely fanatical!

I think my grand play theory would play right into their beliefs.

Fundies just drive you nuts, don't they?

It's a funny thing about being human. What seems utterly obvious to one human appears ludicrous to another.

Still, if it were any other way, we'd all be Borg.
