A Mate for Adam
When Adam was lonely he asked God if he could make him a mate. God, being God, gave him a woman instead. Look at all the shit she caused. Isn't it all God's fault? Shouldn't he have made a mate for Adam in the first place. Then we'd all still be eating cheese with our mates in the Garden of Edam and not have to listen to slaver all the time.
In fact, if you think of it, he never did get to have a mate. All his offspring and their offspring were relations. Fair enough you can be on speaking terms occasionally, but it's not the same as having a mate is it? Not if they call you Great Granddad all the time. Poor Adam. What a bummer. I bet he spent his life wishing he had been Robinson Crusoe instead. Boro Nut [ December 19, 2002: Message edited by: Boro Nut ]
|

Good form, as always. Wrong forum, as always.
I think part of your enjoyment is getting the occasional sucker to take you seriously. (And I can see the attraction.) I'm sure it's just a perk that you make the mods work for their (non-)pay. d [ December 19, 2002: Message edited by: diana ]
|
