Default Jesus, Quamran and Hillel

According to the Oxford Bible, many of Jesus's moral sayings seem very similar to contemporary Jewish writings at the time. For instance, Jesus's statement about loving God and neibhor fufilling the whole law is remarkebly similar to a saying by Rabbi Hillel, a famous Pharisee. Also Jesus's concept of appealing to the creation of man in order to denounce divorce, is apparentally found in some of the stuff at Quamran.
Any thoughts?

Also, anybody have a site that translates the Quamran material(Not the basic bible books, but the stuff that *isn't* in the bible.
