Just because you don't believe in it doesn't mean its not real. By rejecting Hell, God, Heaven, Jesus etc, you are choosing to be separated from God since there are only two options. You either accept Him and his gift, or you don't.

Actually, a lot of people are turned off by Xianity due to the intolerant, irrational and unkind attitudes of its adherents.

Because atheists are such friendly people? Go to a Christian fellowship board, and then come here - its like night and day in attitude, and caring. Much less insults, less sarcasm, less obnoxious remarks and self-centered attitudes.

Then why do non-believers get banned from some boards just for being non-believers? No self-centered attitudes! Hah! They typically say, "We're right and you're wrong" and don't even think their faith can be challenged or tested.

And as for atheists being nice people, well, they are under-represented in prison populations. That should speak for itself.

Because they violated multiple board rules and generally became pains to the moderators for insulting and causing trouble on a Christian board.

And being honest about not believing in god is deserving of being banned? You don't get banned here simply because you state what you believe.

Or do you mean 'cause trouble' by trying to convert people over to atheism?

No, we don't get banned for stating what we believe, we just get insulted, ridiculed, made to feel stupid, and battered with obnoxious, rude and sarcastic remarks.

And no, by causing trouble I mean trolling and instigating fights. Never met an atheists on a Christian board that actually attempts to convert a Christian to atheism. Atheists have nothing to offer to Christians, we are quite content living in our "fantasy world" ( as you all so love to put it), and the end result if you are right doesn't hurt us whatsoever.

Too right!

The truth is about the worst thing imaginable.

The sad thing being that there really are people who prefer comforting lies to the truth, even if it isn't so soft and fluffy.
