Look, I can threaten the moderator with certain death should he get all witty at my expense, without getting banned

getting 'unbanned' is the biggest trick..

but there are those 'withdrawel' symptoms
you go through when you missed being
warned/harrassed/threatoned for conducting
polls on.. dare I say it.. wait there's one already

NEVERMIND...

Of course you can! (Provided it is within the context of a witty rejoinder.)

You know someone should tell those guys, I was aboiut to convert when they banned me, but now I've been seen staggering around drunk in strip clubs and gambling joints asking where I can byu hashish.

…okay, that would be bad.

You need hashish? You've come to the right place.

Seriously, when are you going to drink from the Papal Chalice and convert to THE ONE TRUE FAITH??
What do I have to do to convince you, dear?

As A christian. I joined SW to have my views challenged as I do like to sit in my own wee insulated world.

I get slagged rotten right, left and centre but keep coming back for more!!

They banned you? That's really fucked up... (yep, we Christians use the 'F' word when pissed off.. lol)

I was wondering why I hadn't seen you lurking in a while. For what it's worth, your threads were the most thought provoking. Although we got off to a bad start (slave reperations..lol), I did enjoy your wit, humor, and perspective.

Err.. I thought you were a molder of minds. Staggering around in strip clubs and gambling joints smokin weed... errr.. are you a consultant as well? lol... Gotta take the clients where they wanna hang out yah know..

Well I do have a moldy mind, yes, but I don't do much consulting work. Wish I could actually, it's quite a racket. I do remember our first encounter, always with a smile actually. I was always happy to see you in a thread after that, even though we never clashed again. I think I'm allowed back over there at CF in a couple days, but I must admit the temptation to use sarcasm is a little high these days. The overall tone of the place has changed considerably, and I'm not enjoying it as much as I used to. Anyway, my favorite Christians seem to be showing up here, so why go back.

Speaking of smoking weed and work, the only time I ever got high was while I conducted an interview with two young gang members that were smoking pot the whole time. They would open the window every few minutes to air out, but it wasn't enough for a light-weight like me. I caught myself joking around a little too freely - especially given that a violent felon I had just met was the but of my joke - and that's when I realized I was completely stoned from the secondary smoke. The tyhing that kept going through my mind was, what will I say if their Mom comes in?

Hey Anna,
I recalled Friday on my commute through the mountains..
HEY, I ONCE DRANK FROM THAT CHALICE...

errr... does that mean I'm Catholic and didn't realize it all these years?

errr... should I go back and start a thread on that?

(Flashbacks of the fun we had with my thread questioning my sexuality since I usually dress trendy, love to cook, and have quite an eye for craftmanship and art)
