MATT. 19:29 - Jesus: "Everyone that hath forsaken houses, brethren, father, mother, wife, children, or lands, for my sake shall inherit...everlasting life."
Here's an interesting conundrum: Should I honor my father & mother, or forsake them? Hmmmmm. Kind of reminds me of the old Sesame Street question: Should I open my mouth first, or eat the cake first? |
