Default Where is the line between The Fall and ID?

They say its intelligent design, but that all flaws found are because of The Fall. Is the some sort of double standard?

Kind of like the rock that is too heavy for an all powerful creator to lift.

Isn't it great, holding a tautological belief? I saw on another board someone who was trying to prove that the Christian God existed because everyone shares a set of universal morals. When it was pointed out that individuals and cultures do not share universal morals, this person ascribed this fact to humans "falling away from God." Tails, I win; heads, you lose!

Yes, and not only that, but what exactly is a "flaw" to an ID'er?

Many serious diseases or mutations have some type of advantage - sickle cell anemia and malaria, diabetes and adequate nutrients to the fetus during pregnancy, etc etc. All of that makes sense in the context of evolution - we are trying to survive, so are Plasmodium falparicium parasites. But in the context of intelligent design - you have to be pretty inconsistent with your beliefs:

Why does malaria exist? The fall, humans are bad.
Why does sickle cell anemia exist? The fall, humans are bad.
Why does heterozygosity for sickle cell anemia protect you from malaria? Why because God is good and wants to help his creation, silly!

So the perfection of nature is proof of God and the imperfection of nature is proof of the Bible, which is proof of God. You can't lose, can you? God exists because everything is perfect except when it isn't.

Double standard? Nah. It surely is evidence for the Multiple Designer Theory!
