Please, Jesus wouldn't be driving an old beat up car. He'd be driving a big ass white big rig trimmed in gold with a sleeper in the back for the more favored apostles, and the trailer would open up wide so he could give sermons across the country in it (The Sermon on the Semi?).
The rig would also have giant reinforced bumpers in front to sweep aside all non believers and believers in other faiths. There would also be several other rigs that would follow him across the nation but they would be less spectacular than the Big Guy's ride. On the sides of these lesser rigs, there would be giant airbrushed portraits of Jebus and murals of his miraculous biblical doin's. In addition to the Convoy For Glory, there would be accompanying SUV's and limos for side excursions to tv appearances. That, or he'd just tool around on a moped in in Haight Ashbury looking for some couch weed. [ November 20, 2002: Message edited by: Lamma ] [ November 20, 2002: Message edited by: Lamma ]
|

Somehow I always pictured Jebus in a pimped out lowrider with chrome wheels, chrome trim, and really big speakers. Ah yes, with hydraulics. Afterall, Jebus was somewhat of an outcast in society, and he hung around the sinners. There ya go! -Nick |

I think it would either be a Dodge Demon (70's car) or what the heck ever that car was that could also serve as a boat. Jesus could go as good on water as on land.

CNN just did a bit on this. They had one of the nuts from the group on with... you got it... Jerry Falwell. Even Falwell thinks they're nuts - but then he and his wife drive Suburbans! LOL!
The link seems to be down at the moment, but here's the nut site: whatwouldjesusdrive.org And this guy nabbed the .com domain to make fun of them... whatwouldjesusdrive.COM |
