Default Before We Ruled the Earth on Discovery

Did any one see this? I taped it and will be watching it in pieces through out the week. So far so good. The CG stuff is sloppy , but who cares?

Their homo erectus were hardly erect. I figured homo habilis could walk straighter than that.

I was disappointed in it. I liked the Real Eve much better. Half the movie covered the time after we were already ruling the earth (i.e., Great Plains Indians), and the other half was about hominids who constituted very little if any of our ancestry. I was expecting and would have liked it better if they had focused on archaic homo sapien life in Africa and the Mideast from the last 180,000-40,000 years.
