Thnks Lunachick, that was interesting. The Men's corner of Christianforums, a thread about oral sex being a sin or not; on the last page I read (100 posts), 6 women were humbling/berating some 18yo male who claimed any sex act which was not for the express purpose of procreation is a sin. I can see where stalking those Christian boards can be fun.

Back in High School (early '70's) a friend of mine joined one of the "Jesus Freak" cults. The cult leader forbid them to have intercourse but allowed them oral sex because he said there is nothing in the Bible prohibiting it.
I've also read Orthodox Jews exprees the view that OS is OK with the Torah. Though anal sex is a no no for both.

I remember there supposedly being another rabbinical judgment to the effect that "do not lie with a man as with a woman" implies that heterosexual anal sex is OK.

A long time ago when I was married to a Christian the Church of Christ had recruited her. Those folks worked hard to convert me through my wife. One of the things they did, which I never thanked them for, was to teach my future ex-wife how to pleasure her spouse and obtain sexual pleasure. They taught her about Kiegels, and clitoral stimulation. If I recall correctly the reasoning was that sex was a joy given by god and it we should do our part. Needless to say our sex improved dramatically. They also taught her that she should obey her husband, keep the house clean, always have dinner ready when I got home and so forth. Now that I think of it, what was I thinking trying to talk her out of the church! Oh well.

I bet he is a virgin. With those views he is likely to be one for a long time (or at least have a frustrated and unhappy wife). Anyone want to take that bet?

*mumbles something about virgins yet again thinking that they are experts on married sex*

Hi, people I haven't seen in a while! I'm still too annoyed by this interface to hang out here much.

Anyway, the oral sex thread got reopened, and it's worth a look if you want to see a debate *mostly* among Christians about human sexuality. It's pretty interesting to watch. If you read the whole thread, you will see my post about _Bible 2: Electric Boogaloo_, a joke many people here are not old enough to get.

seebs - I've been finding the debate over there very interesting. It's nice to see some of the Christians there taking a liberal view. A Sheep is a worry, though! LOL!! Ah, well....

I'm learning all the time.

(It's also great to see some of the women participate in the debate. Go girls!!! Yeah...)

Take no notice of him / her not all theists, let alone all Christians believe this way. Fact of the matter is Some folk just like to take the joy out of anything.

Out of a desire not to do anything productive this morning, I read about half of that thread. Some Xians are simply amazing! They seem to get such joy out of claiming that anything enjoyable is equal to sin. Those claims that procreation is the true purpose of sex always get me too. Do they believe that once past menopause, your sex life ends?

Don't they know that when the kids are grown and gone, sex can be hotter than ever! At least it's that way in my house.

Sheep has claimed that oral sex is not natural. How did he come to that conclusion? Oral sex is 100% natural, without any artificial ingredients added whatsoever.
