Virgins?

I dunno man. . virgins suck in bed. I'd rather have someone with experience.

Perhaps Hell would suit my taste more?

But when atheists use the arguement of why didn't god create us in heaven in the first place, we are told that we would be robots. So what's different here? Being a robot is just delayed in this scenario.

I can see how you might think that is true, but it is not. Once we get to heaven and experience the incredible love of God, and we remember our sin that separated us from God, we will never want to go back to that sin again. We will see the difference between life with our sin separating us from the relationship we are supposed to have with God, and an unhindered relationship with God, and we will never want to leave his presence.

According to Dante, everyone sits around and watches god. Apparently, he's quite interesting to see.

What in the fucking hell does an omnipotent being need servants/workers for?

Are we not talking about god here? Are we not talking about a being that can supposedly do anything? Are we not talking about a being that supposedly said "Let there be light" and, poof!, insta-universe?

Why the fuck would god want someone to scrub his toilet for him, when he can do it with a passing thought?
Cutter, from the very beginning God has designed us to help work in his creation and take care of it. Could he have done it on his own? You bet. But he doesn't want to. He wants to give us the incredible privilege and blessing of helping - of being his hands and feet.

According to Islamic tradition, those houris have perpetually renewing virginity.

So no matter how often one makes love to one of them, every time will be like the first time. And I haven't found out how good in bed a houri is supposed to be.

Then why not create Heaven and be done with it? Complete with a population of groupies who stare at you for all eternity?

I'm sorry. If I was forced to serve god every day while on earth (unworthy though some Christians think I am) when I get up to heaven I'd want a break. No way in hell I'm working for all eternity.

My best friend from high school was a Mormon but she always told me that as far as she was concerned, heaven was whatever you wished. For her it was one enormous cutural center with a library full of every book ever conceived of, whether it was written down or not.

Question No Sex In Heaven?

... There is this Thread over a Christian Forum: > > Open Discussion & Debate > Philosophy & Morality > "( Poll: ) Pornography and the Christian viewpoint"
(The quotes are not the exact words. I just modified what was said...)

... Last night this "Susan" Posted and said: "She is glad that Heaven will not have Sex"

... This morning I Posted: "If Heaven doesn't have Sex, then Heaven doesn't appeal to me."

... A Moderator "Pray4Isel" shorly later Posted and said: "That's absurd!"

... Some how there is something missing about the insights women have? I find more women do not seem to understand sex? Anyway I found this Thread, for the kind of Thread in the kind of catagory that I wanted to express things. I can not get into why I think it is the other way around, without more controversy and trouble with myself in that Thread.

... Really! I think Heaven would be awful without Sex.

... If Heaven is exploring the Universe in a labyrinthine way, then I would find eternal life worth while. You could travel and always have New experiences in things un-imagined all the time. That would be worth the eternity? I would think? Got to get out of the Box of narrow mindedness. But then still, you would find all these New places for Sex and wouldn't that be great? Just imagine discovering a prism of startling colors in a crystallized illuminated cavern on a new planet that gave us a new sense of feelings and euphoria? And it had a labyrinthine of geology to be discovered? No real promises on that from a "God" or Bible as I know of. And not to think of ancient mankind trying to create myths for our deception to fiction and fantasies, only to subjugate us into working. Will we all see what is going on?
