This reminds me of an AIG article of the day where they pointed out that tbhey were able to convince newly converted (but undeducated)natives on an island that evolution is false and Genesis is true.
Seems to me it just shows the greater the level of education and the greater the thinking ability of the person involved...the more likely they are to accept macroevolution. Bubba |

The poster who said she was going to use the thoughts of Hovind to teach her children the truth is downright frigtening.
The scary thing is that so many seemingly rational people take Hovind and Ham seriously. I have a friend who has a graduate degree from Indiana University (in the biological sciences) as well as an undergrad degree from Wabash U. Not to mention that a lot of homeschoolers take hovind seriously. Bubba |

That last one has to be a parody. No one that dense could function enough to operate a keyboard.

Jedi, there really are people that are that stupid or worse. I once had a guy debate evolution with me who claimed that the Bible said that eggs were good to eat. He then pointed out that science had said that colesterol was bad, and pointed to another article that aid eating eggs was good.
He then made the arguement that if science couldn't understand a chicken egg it couldn't possibly understand the universe and that Genesis was our only hope. The stupidity of these people knows no limit. Bubba |

I seem to recall the Hovind letter from his web site. Click and paste is to be expected from cretos.
