Yeh; Connecticut found the/their state law to deal w/ that BS (sic) exclusion-mandate. Be interesting to see how it plays-out -- several years from now.

I think that was the BSA is finding out--much to their dismay--is that, if they insist that they are a religious organization (and therefore free to discriminate) then they are going to be treated like one.
