The defendant will enter a plea of not guilty by reason of out of context.

His appeal of course will use the unkown purpose defense.

If it please the court, I'm concerned about safety measures at this trial.
The defendant is apparently capaable of tremendously violent acts.
In addition, there are rumors the defendant can unleash the hounds of Hell. Or something.

Because the existence of the supernatural is a foregone conclusion for this trial to take place, perhaps it would be prudent to enlist the proper Wiccan spells and Buddhist chants to ward off evil. Or something.

Some iron chariots should do, but then again, the accused is a great deceiver, so he may be getting our hopes up.

We have enlisted the help of the Bible's real hero(lucifer) to help in containment of the rampant deity. They will be armed with iron chariots.

As a hitherto lurker in this thread, and therefore a valid member of the jury, may I suggest that in view of the overwhelming evidence thus far presented in favour of the prosecution, we cut to the chase, find the fucker guilty on all charges and consequently all go out and get drunk?

Hell I'll even buy god a drink as long as it's his last request.
