Question Baha'i

Does anyone here have any opinions on the Baha'i faith?

I don't know much about it, and I am a little curious.

Thanks.

check out <a href="http://religioustolerance.org" target="_blank">religious tolerance</a>
They have a section on it.

It's barely ok, IMO. Against drinking and gays, but overall tolerant of other religions.

Well, their holy book does say that it is ok to read other books to gain knowledge, and not to criticise other's religion or try to force their own on others. Result --- no clashes with hindus, ever. That means I am automatically in favour of it.

Thanks Jess, that site is pretty informative.

At first I thought that Baha'i might be pantheistic, but it appears that Baha'i's believe God is a unique entity that intervenes in the affairs of humanity (his creation). For example, he sends prophets to us so that we can know him. But maybe they just mean know of him, cause they also say he is "unknowable."

Interesting.
