I thank Jim Allison, of Church-State URL fame, for calling it to my attention. I agree with you. It is GREAT to read something by a person who knows the Constitution...and accurate history.

Here's a thought: USA Today (or some other national publication) should publish a special section devoted to the Constitution & it's Amendments, and get a few Constitutional Law professors to explain the details.
It'd be a good way to kick off the next three months of hype & tripe we lovingly call "election season". |
