SecEl, I am SO glad you're alive today. Your account of calling your family made me cry. It made me think of how ELSE the phone call might have gone. And it made me think of my own son, only 3, but losing him would be such a loss to bear! I can't imagine a parent facing that.

But instead, I am rejoicing that you are alive to live some more. I've enjoyed your "company" since before you were Sec El. Well, you seem like an old friend. Glad we will have more times together.

And counseling has great potential. Use what's good, tell stories about what's not.
