Rapid recovery after asteroid impact
<a href="http://www.cnn.com/2002/TECH/science/06/27/ancient.rainforest.ap/index.html" target="_blank">CNN</a> has an interesting story in its Sci-Tech section about evidence that the Earth may have recovered from the asteroid impact that wiped out the dinosaurs much more rapidly than previously thought.
