Poor Perry. He means well, but seems to have a very loose grip on reality. Or perhaps the Devil really was conspiring against his family to play Christian music on old radios and talk to him on the telephone (you never know what those whacky Christian deities will get up to.)

Perry H:
It seems to me that the main difference between you and most of us here is that you value emotion more highly in your judgements of reality, especially with regard to God and religion. I wonder, if you sat down in front of the computer and had a good dictionary and your preferred translation of the Bible beside you, or opened up multiple browser windows to dictionary, Bible and/or encyclopedia sites, and just picked one or two subjects that really interested you in the II Library in this site, and studied...I wonder if you might begin to see some things differently? I'm sure that if you would do that, and then post questions about what you learned and thought, many of us in here would be glad to help you in any way we could. I certainly would. You can think many things about us here--but one thing I think you must admit, if you are honest with yourself, and if you hang around in here long enough--we are very interested in the Truth. May you find all of the Truth that you seek. Peace, cornbread Barry G. |
