Post ReasonableDoubt: What is a metaphysical naturalist?

I'm starting a new thread for this because I don't want Knowledge and supernaturalism sidetracked further than it already is. What is the definition of a metaphysical naturalist? And is it, or is it not, correct to say that a person 50,000 years ago, who has heard of spirits but is skeptical, is a naturalist? What if he hasn't heard of spirits?

Mods, can you delete this? ReasonableDoubt has said that he will not post his definition of "metaphysical naturalist," or presumably anything else, on this thread.
