Another link about flawed rape laws and Kobe
Rape law seems to be very unfair and prone to sending innocent men to jail:

The victim was such a convincing witness that the jury rejected the defense of consensual sex. I suspect Kobe will not be able to get a fair trial in Colorado. When will the pendulum start to swing other way so men can start getting some justice? UMoC |
