Basically allowing the accusser to hide gives the accusser license to make up stories to smear someone and then hide.

If one is accussing, then one should be known.

Rape law seems to be very unfair and prone to sending innocent men to jail:

Apperantly the accusation is enough to send an innocent man to jail, proof beyond reasonable doubt be damned. I suspect Kobe will not be able to get a fair trial in Colorado.
