Won't be up long?

Bush will cut these guys an NSF grant after the war is over and have the military governor hand it over personally. It's "the science of the spirit" and all that.

Connection is refused now. I suspect Iraq's internet is a bit, um, down.

According to whois (plus a little Googling), www.uruklink.net is hosted by a firm called TerraNet, an ISP in Lebanon. They get their connectivity via satellite from a London firm called Satellite Media Services.
