In an unrelated thread in C-SS&SA, it was predicted (correctly) that our favorite

columnist, Cal Thomas, would weigh in with his opinion on the recent SCOTUS ruling about sodomy and its implications for the gay community. Well, sure enough, that day in fact, Mr. Thomas told us how the end of the Constitution was upon us.

Now, I'm not going to go into a whole QoS-esque dispatching of his column, fun as that might be. What this is about, is the link at the bottom of the above linked page: a link to his book Blinded by Might. From that page:

I've been to several hotels in the last few years, and at no time was any adult material following me around to my room. The videos, in their plastic cases make too much noise on hard floors, and the print material is afraid of the pool!

I guess I shouldn't be that amazed, but it is saddening. We need some voices for reason!

Incidentally, I'd love to QoS rip into his article (1st link)!

If you squint at that picture of Cal Thomas, he kind of looks like Saddam Hussein.

Well I was going to take a humorous stab at it, but after reading this lame article, I kind of lost my sense of humor for the time being. That and I'm off work in an hour...

What? The end of the Constitution because of a ruling on sodomy? Maybe I'm just not that educated in law, but last time I checked there wasn't anything in the constitution that said you can't be gay or have that kind of sex. Maybe he explains it in the article, but honestly I didn't read it, I just ate
