Atheists will go to hell, right along with many so called Christians.

"The fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death"
(Revelation 21:8).

What else can a Christian surmise? There are many scriptures just like this.

"And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire" (Revelation 20:15).

It is a core belief. Can't just pick and choose them away.

However I accept atheists and do not think any less of them as a person.

But of course God is omnibenevolent.

It's a good thing you don't lean on your own understanding, and instead trust entirely in God. You might notice something a bit imperfect about Him.

So what you are saying is that you have to accept reality as you believe it to be whether you like it or not. And there is just no questioning what you believe reality to be because it is absolute "truth". And that your reality is judgmental and insofar as you subscribe to your view of reality you are judgmental. Is that the gist of it?

Indeed. I shall get the company of great artists, scientists, philosophers, cool people, and my fellow countrymen in Hell. I guess I will not lack good friends and will live in Hell rather contentedly.

As opposed to staying in heaven with only the "pious Christians" who have no talent but piety.

Talking about the diversity in hell and its atmosphere of intellectualism and love of beauty...

You don't think less of them? Less of them than what?
Less than murders and whoremongers? We topped them on your little shit-list.

How can you think less of Atheists, there's no where to go but up?

Will you be surprised to learn that after your comment I think less of you?

If true, I think you risk being one of those "so-called christians" that end up in hell with the rest of us for not taking on the mind of Christ. Your Revelation quotes show what he thinks about unbelievers. Do you think you're being morally superior to God by "accepting" those he obviously rejects?

Sure, what Christian wouldn't.

But God is who he described himself as, if the bible is to be believed, then God is all everything, including wrathful.

The book says what it says, there are somethings that seem scary, but it can't be sugarcoated.

A Christian has to accept that there is a being more powerful than themselves, and they are at the mercy of that being.
