Not at all Kim, your post was the interesting one for me and I just gave you my diversion on it. Do you think it is trivial that in the very beginning all that "is" has come into existence because we once thought it should? As for me, I have yet to find a simplistic Bible notion, but then, I never really got past the first 10 pages of it either.

Except when using illogic, all lifeforms only perform ultimately self interested actions. (No I'm not an objectivist.)

The purpose of life really actually simply is: Avoid death. (Avoiding death is the actual call to action behind every action performed.) (Even really dumb illogical actions that accomplish the exact opposite.)

Some illogical actions help propagate the species. (Shrug) But such is just an unwittingly performed action and therefore not the actual purpose of "life."

So that's it.

The purpose of life is to avoid death.

Sorry, if that doesn't sound interesting or exciting. It can be.
