Running from Dmanisi
The ICR on November 23 had a radio show that mentioned the Dmanisi finds:
Listen to it on real player Jim Foley updated his Fossil Hominids Page on Dmanisi to address the ICR show. In particular he points out that the ICR never actually bothers to say what they think the Dmanisi fossils are!!!!!!!!!!!! Also the page now has bit of info that I was not aware of before today. Some researchers (undoubtedly splitters) have named a new species Homo georgicus based on the Dmanisi material. In any event the Dmanisi material is great stuff that needs pointed out every time the mantra of no intermediates is mentioned. |

[fundie mode on] oh,um....well, you see.....there ARE no intermediaries,this fossil find is obviously......i mean, it must be......um.....a trick of the devil! it can't POSSIBLY be as old as they say it is! down with science! down with science! [fundie mode off]
