I can't say I am surprised. I suspected the issue would be "abstainence only" when I heard of it. No, no, no, that will not be the case, all options will be funded, so long as the options are abstainence only. (not exactly what is going on, but not far from it)

On the plus side, it is good to see somebody from Catholics for Free Choice writing. Perhaps there will be reform within the church.
