Nothing in The Sun!
My local newspaper, The Sun (Baltimore region), didn't even make mention of the march. Rather, on the front page, they had a segment about a gourd-throwing contest. I'm pretty sure they're going to get a fairly angry letter from me.
~Aethari Edit to add: When I mentioned this to my mom, she said it was probably because they didn't know about it. Her exact words were, "So there were, what, ten people there?" Grr. [ November 03, 2002: Message edited by: Aethari ]</p> |

Pat Robertson said we'd have enough to fill maybe a phone booth.

Hmm. Perhaps I will find the exact figure of the people there and write it on a piece of paper and wrap it around a rock and throw it through Robertson's window late some night.

And I hope that Pat also enjoyed the huge number of "atheists in foxholes." I even managed to get up on the stage myself (US Navy, 1966-1974), but I doubt anybody saw me in the back row behind all those others. == Bill |

Ellen Johnson reported the official count to me as 2,500. I didn't hear the park services count.
