biblical errancy 2
http://www.acfaith.com/biblicalerrancy.html
I made a new thread on this for those to comment on the work in progress thus far. I'll keep the other thread for suggestions regarding the rest. I have the first five of ten sections up. The fifth is the longest as I was trying to dialogue with some of the defenses of the account of God's slaughtering of the Amalekite women and children put forth by Glenn Miller at the ThinkTank. Let me know what you think and for some reason I can't view it with Netscape :banghead: Vinnie |

Just some spell errors I noticed... no biggie, so far in the Garden Story you have the devil possessed as a snake instead of posed..
and the title for section 3: Global not Gloabal |

Please note, I'm only pointing out the spelling errors since you are publishing this, I would never do so in any other context
page 12, check linguistic page 15 para 2 first line.. should that be women instead of woman? |

I love it. A few minor quibbles:
On page 7, it's assumed that the serpent is Satan by some, but the Genesis text does not make this clear at all. Also note that it's incognito, not "in cognito". On page 10, it should be "notorious", not "notorius". And it should be "It's very difficult..." On page 12, it should be "enormous". On page 13, "vengeance". |

Dead livestock
On page 8, I should point out the all the livestock of Egypt had already been killed several times over before the 10th plague hit.
Overall, good stuff. |

Nice presentation. Just one error I picked up - in your section on the plagues in Egypt, you mispelled 'atrocities'.
Edit: 'serpent' was also mispelled. Also, it seems that the word 'mispelled' is a common spelling error - I'm not sure if I spelt that right. And at the start of the Noah section 'global' is incorrectly spelled. |
