Achieving this utopia is only part of the battle they are up against; how would they possibly maintain it?
My wife and I were rather prominent vegetarians; she was President of the Vegetarian Society (Colorado branch of NA VSC) and I was the Chief Editor of Vegetarian Living. My vegetarianism stretched back 14 years, with the latter half being strictly vegan. We were counted amongst the most informed and cutting-edge, and spear-headed many anti-meat campaigns. Based upon our personal experience, and repeated exposure to a wealth of relevant information, we are no longer vegetarians/vegans (and we are SOOOO glad for it). If you can't keep those like us (among the most prominent, indoctrinated, and educated), how will you maintain the balance? |

Why did you you originally become vegetarians and what precisely made you change your mind? Chris |
