My mistake. Perhaps this is better suited for the Philosophy forum.

Thumbs down

Well the questions page seems to spend a phenomenal amount of time saying incredibly little.

Maybe the crux of the book is :

Quote:
In the course of observing, levels of interpretations are defined, each level means more loss of information during the process of interaction between objects (of any kind, e.g. elementary particles, people, etc.). This gradual loss of information results in very rich and interesting effects. The way we perceive the world and the way we act in it are one of these effects.
From our point of view, the world we perceive is full of richness and complexity, however from Secral’s viewpoint, this richness has its source in the constantly occurring loss of information. Like a sculpture emerging out of shapeless stone, our world is formed in the act of loosing information belonging to a composition much more bigger and uniform than our environment. In Secral, this “composition” is described as Area K. By gaining control over the phenomenon of rejecting information we are able to have control over virtually anything, even over the laws of nature.
Dunno, another perspective on the reductionism debate ? It really doesn’t seem to be saying anything new & a lot seems to be vague semantics such as the ‘psychology of electron’. I’d certainly be looking askance at anyone who made this claim :

Quote:
Following the simple characteristics of collections, phenomenon of electron and proton collision can be explained, as well as sophisticated interactions between people.
