I think the big splodge on the right is meant to be an apatosaurus or something of the kind, but it all looks pretty natural to me. Is this even confirmed to be a painting and not just a random splodge? Is there any actual ochre there?

I thought I saw a dinosaur attempting to bugger a mammoth, but I could be imagining it.

And he STILL clings to that? Sad, sad, sad, sad, sad. Maybe there should be a home for these people. No internet access, but a lot of them, all together, and lots of talks about teeth. And fourth and fifth sets of them.

Firstly, Christianity is not 'religion',
Bzzt, wrong. I'm so sick of hearing Christians make this bogus claim. Religion is:

re·li·gion Pronunciation Key (r-ljn)
n.

1.a.) Belief in and reverence for a supernatural power or powers regarded as creator and governor of the universe.
b.) A personal or institutionalized system grounded in such belief and worship.
2.) The life or condition of a person in a religious order.
3.) A set of beliefs, values, and practices based on the teachings of a spiritual leader.
4.) A cause, principle, or activity pursued with zeal or conscientious devotion.

For all Christians, christianity meets both parts of definition 1 and definition 3. For many Christians, it meets definition 4 as well. Christianity is a religion no matter how you try to claim that it isn't.

Well, by far the vast majority of supposed depictions of dinos simply do not look like dinos rather than say, a lizard or a snake. Many of them are clearly mythical beasts, gargoyles, winged snakes and so on.

On the other hand, there are many places in the world where dinosaur skeletons and the skeletons of other large vertebrates are weathering out of the earth, and it is not impossible that they could have impressed an ancient observer or given rise to a legend or two.
