Back in the 80�s most of the western policies towards psychiatric illness were reformed, resulting in the de-institutionalisation of many individuals.

A significant proportion today have internet access.

Exactly. And that's only one small part of it. What's even scarier is that Carroll, Rother, Hoppe and their ilk have no need to hide any of it since their followers gobble it up like candy. If I hadn't observed it first hand, I never would have believed it possible anyone could be so gullible.
