Default The price of gasoline/petrol

I know that I live in one of the cheapest areas of the country to live in, and I was wondering what price do you pay for gasoline?

I pay about $1.35 per gallon for 87 octane unleaded, and that price is currently going down.

For you people who don't live in the States, that's US$0.355 / litre for 87 octane petrol.

What do you pay?

Also $1.35/gallon of 87 octane up here. I saw $1.29 over the weekend. There is always some variation on price, even within the city.

I filled up my tank the other day @ AUD$0.85 per litre. That works out to about US$0.51 cents per litre.

(That's for regular 92 Octane unleaded)

You are not kidding! In Roanoke, gas varies at least $0.10 per gallon in different places. The price of the brand of gas also varies: when you see an Exxon station (one of the most expensive), the price of gas is not fixed, but tends to be similar to that of other local stations.

Fortunately the price of gas is dropping again!

It's $1.79 for regular here, at the less expensive places. It's been that for a while.

I think I remember paying $1.29/gal this morning. I know it was a good price.

87 costs about $1.53/gallon here, but I do a lot of driving down to Lansing (an hour away) where it's usually $1.44/gallon or so. The whole thing bothers me, mostly because Mount Pleasant is surrounded by oil wells, and on the way down to Lansing you drive right past a refinery

0.56 euros/litre LPG
approximately double for gas (a little less), depending of optane ratio.
