Default Incorruptibles etc

I am sure that this has been covered before, but could someone assist in spoonfeeding me some credible skeptical info regarding the so-called "Incorruptibles" of Catholicism fame?

I have a Catholic sparring partner that cites this as evidence of the miraculous, naturally, and I am pretty unfamiliar with said topic, despite having been captured and raised by the Papists as a baby. Most of the stuff I have found so far is regarding a much less flattering state of adipocere formation. Could someone more familiar with this topic spare me sifting through further graphic images of decomposition [oooooh, it's fun and all, but no more dessert, thank you.....]?

For that special person in your life that has everything....

Lunchbox for the kids? Perhaps a mug for the office?

Thank you very much for your response, Roma, I will check it out! I think I made a decent start on contesting the miraculousness of it all, but a few questions lingered that I was not yet able to decisively cauterize to my satisfaction. If after reading this, they still need some hashing over, I'll post them more specifically.......
