Default Who really killed Tiamat?

Michael was just a stooge. I think it was that bastard, Marduk. I've never trusted him. Besides, didn't his father kill Apsu? By the way, was Leviathan slain in the OT? I don't remember, I think I'll look it up. The original stories are so much better, though!

Might have been

So, whose ass did this thing originally spring from? I doubt very strongly the story in Relevation is in any way original, so where do you think it originally came from? If the story is originally Sumerian then I doubt it can be traced back any further unless the fringe scholars who are pushing back the history of ancient egypt are actually correct AND it or some parallel civilization was responsible for a very early version of the myth, and even then it would most likely have been imported from a tribal tradition. Do you think that the aboriginal Australian creation myth could be in any way related?

I, Marduk killed Tiamat! My father was from the Apsu, he did not kill it! (I think Apsu means 'abyss')
You can check the Enuma Elish if you don't believe me!!!
