Post Which Ethical Philsopher are You?

<a href="http://www.selectsmart.com/PHILOSOPHY/" target="_blank">http://www.selectsmart.com/PHILOSOPHY/</a>

There were way too many questions I didn't understand and/or didn't understand the answer choices for... which is probably why I came out as Aquinas (I'm a frigging pagan, for crying out loud!) the first time through.

Philosphy makes my head hurt, but maybe y'all will appreciate this more than I did.

Cool

Few surprises here:

1. Rand (100%)
2. Aristotle (90%)
3. Aquinas (80%)
4. Nietzsche (78%)
5. Hume (68%)
6. Stoics (68%)
7. Plato (60%)
8. Sartre (59%)
9. Cynics (58%)
10. Hobbes (58%)
11. Mill (51%)
12. Spinoza (50%)
13. Epicureans (48%)
14. Augustine (47%)
15. Kant (39%)
16. Bentham (38%)
17. Ockham (36%)
18. Noddings (19%)
19. Prescriptivism (16%)

I am somewhat surprised to see Aquinas at #3, but I gather it has something to do with how I answered the questions dealing with purpose and the source of morality.

Regards,

Bill Snedden

Cool, except for Hume being lower that I would have put him and I don't consider Rand to be an original philosopher, it actually is pretty close to the order I would have put them in.
