Ok, a couple people have joined, I will conform the board to people wants, so if anyone wants a special forum just let me know.

The Hangout

I'll just call it the hangout, you can have custom avatars and post pictures, whatever, at least bookmark it and see if it grows.

When/if I get up to 20 members or so, I'll pay to remove the one or two pop ups.

Ok, cool Karyn. If you would like to see any special forums created just let me know. You know like theology, philosophy, etc.

I'm also open about changing the name of the site, so any suggestions, just let me know.

Also for the staff here I will link IIDB, I think I'll make a special link exchange forum or something.

Fair enough

I don't generally join 'small' boards - no offense but I like things best when lots of people are involved. I like the diversity that a sizeable number of people brings. (I like belonging to a relatively big church (about 1400 people attend including adults and children) for the same reason)

I hope you don't mind me asking: what do you envisage your board offering that IIDB doesn't? A better Christian:non-Christian ratio? Some 'Christians Only' boards? (Presumably the Christian Fellowship one is for Christians only)

I hope you are able to attain the number of members you want

It can't grow if you don't join, I made it just for fun, of course it doesn't offer the member base that II has, it probably never will, the server would probably burn up. If enough people wanted to join and start debating in apologetics or whatever I would move it to a more diverse and upgradable server.

But I know what you mean about small boards it's not much fun when your the only one on.

I had like 4 people on at once already, I just made some topics and stuff last night.

Yeah, you don't Remember "BJ and the Bear"? with Greg Evigan (or whatever his name was), it was about a truck driver and his monkey named bear.

No a REAL monkey!

Great show, I loved it, but I haven't seen hyde nor hair of it since I was a kid.

Yes, I noticed. And I appreciated them, too. Quite crunchy they were.
