Since we've gone from "pithy" to "pissy," I'll add this:

There's a guy in my town who has one of those "Honk if you love Jesus" bumper stickers on his car.

If you honk at him, he gives you the finger.

I'd like to meet this guy.

Cool

Re: that 'no atheists in foxholes' garbage:

"There are plenty of atheists in foxholes. You just have the quote wrong; it really says, there are no heterosexuals in foxholes..."

Where's that guy? I'd travel to that town just to seek him out!

Tulsa, but I haven't heard of any recent sightings.

BTW, Hedwig, for some reason I got the impression you were from The City. Am I right?

Wow. You're actually in the center of all arts and culture in Oklahoma.

I'm not from the City but I tend to go nightclubbing there at Angles and so forth (not until finals are over, though.) And I tend to spend a great deal of my summer months there or in Tulsa (I'm somewhat nomadic.) Once in a while I'll head up to Tulsa to shop or go clubbing. Current home base is at the main OSU campus in Stillwater though I'm going to school an hour from Stillwater.

I wish I lived in the City, believe me. My bro lives in Midwest City and he is never bored.

I found a new one on talkorigins.org. It should remind you of all the times you've argued against theists in vain.

Against stupidity the very gods
Themselves contend in vain.

Only the poor and stupid have time for religion. The powerful and intelligent are too busy either creating it or destroying it.
